Welcome to Clothify India. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders.

  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking ID and courier partner details

You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • Clothify India reserves the right to limit or refuse COD orders in certain cases.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeline or appears lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

  • Clothify India is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Record an unboxing video immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Share your order ID and proof of damage.

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


International Shipping

Currently, Clothify India ships only within India.
